CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel an order for a full refund at any time prior to shipment from the Life Fitness warehouses.

Cancellations after the order ships are subject to Return Policy restocking fee(s) as outlined below.

RETURN POLICY

UK consumers are entitled to return your order within 14 days of receiving the equipment. You will be refunded the full price you paid, plus any standard delivery charge less any reductions as outlined below.

Deductions for diminishing value

Refunds outside of the 14 day window may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, and delivery charges will not be refunded.

Any refunds will automatically go back to the original form of payment used for the purchase. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of Life Fitness receiving the item back.
